Description



+ Under the guidance of the Pricing Science Advisor, is an active member on the Pricing Center of Excellence & project teams.

+ Has strong analytical skills, understanding of how to translate business needs into application and operational requirements.

+ Manage the demands between global leadership and local businesses.

+ Participate in the development of pricing tools including; pricing science, elasticity, and demand forecasting.

+ Knows one or more of the following programming languages or tools: Python, R, SQL.

+ Commercial Strategy Support: Consult with Pricing and different business functions to identify and implement pricing solution in the CAN (Cargill Animal Nutrition) businesses.

+ Analyze and monitor project execution and achievement, alarm when progress is behind.

+ Help disseminate the vision and goals of the pricing organization throughout Animal Nutrition organization through projects and Center of Excellence meetings.

Qualifications



Required Qualifications



+ Bachelor degree in Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

+ 1-3 years of business experience in forecasting, optimization, programming or related field.

+ Overseas travel 10%: availability to join international calls outside normal working hours.

+ Preferred: Tableau, Alteryx, VBA, Power BI, PROS, AS400/SAP, CRM, CPQ.

+ Ability to communicate results and influence.

+ Ability to effectively use and program in one or more of the following: Python, R, SQL
