In this position you will:



+ Manage execution and oversee CIBP - Cargill Improvement Business Plan process in CFN (Cargill Feed and Nutrition) Poland. Lead monthly Demand Review and Integrated Operating Review, provide input and escalations to Product Management Review, Supply Review, Management Business Review. Ensure smooth flow of information. Directly collaborate with Finance Lead to monetize the Demand Plan for the CIBP meeting.

+ Own a clean database for statistical forecast, drive rolling forecast through getting consensus from Sales, Marketing and Finance teams. Drive accuracy via constant forecast evaluation vs budget vs actual sales and adjust forecasting models and assumptions taken for sales activities/events. Serve as a valued resource for Commercial leads, enable them with data and analytics in order to better manage their teams.

+ Manage performance, analyze and deliver action plans to close the gap to target for the standardized KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, BIAS).

+ Analyze current sales order trends and executes weekly demand control. Provide input to S&OE process.

+ Drive continuous improvement projects to connect sales and operational planning to financial planning.

+ Manage projects.

Qualifications



+ Bachelor degree (preferred: Mathematics, Engineering,Supply Chain)

+ FluentEnglish;

+ Knowledge and experience in S&OP / IBPprocess

+ 3-5 years’ experience in Supply/Demand Planning

+ Proficient Excel user (queries and Power Pivotknowledge)

+ Knowledge of SAP MRP module and APICS Certification - preferred

+ Analytical skills, knowledge of analytical and visualization tools (R, Tableau, Power BI)
