Principal Accountabilities:

_40% People Management_

+ Change agent and supportive of delivering the new Finance strategy.

+ Select, develop and retain a high performing team.

+ Execute employee management processes (development plans).

+ Communicate key decisions.

+ Support, encourage and facilitate collaboration and communication between teams. _20% Service Ownership & Credit Risk Management_

+ Implement objectives, promote a continuous improvement environment.

+ Carry out the root cause analysis of issues.

+ Partner with functions to assess repayment plans and reschedule agreements for key customers to mitigate business losses.

+ Act as a point of contact with CBS (Shared Service), functional employees, commercial teams, legal to proactively determine an acceptable risk level for the customers portfolio.

+ Support the integration and management of the service, set KPIs to deliver the service.

+ Responsible for the process design, implementation, monitoring and improvement.

+ Pro-actively advise and monitor country portfolio upon compliance with local legislation. _25% Business Liaison (Shared Service)_

+ Ensure the successful migration of agreed transactional work to CBS Center.

+ Support teams to collaborate.

+ Coordinate customer facing activities with local teams and CBS.

+ May apply a comprehensive understanding of Credit to Cash practices and procedures by acting as a primary contact for the business and commercial teams.

+ When required, liaison with CBS and the business on process improvements, & SLA.

+ Troubleshoot issues with commercial teams as needed. _10% Change Leadership through Process Optimization_

+ Investigate metrics provided by CBS to understand root cause and improve processes.

+ Support implementation of process simplification, standardization and improvement. _5% Credit Governance_

+ Ensure local sales and A&F teams are aware and maintain training on contract law/sales conditions and the country legal framework related to insolvency of customers.

+ Responsible for execution of local procedures with OTSC Credit Global Process Owner.

+ Assist with managing compliance with Insurance program developed in the country.

Qualifications



+ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting

+ Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Credit Management

+ Minimum of 3 years Management experience

+ Knowledge of Credit, Collection & Disputes, local legislation and bankruptcy laws

+ Expertise in Financial analysis and risk assessment

+ Fluent English

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding, ever-changing environment

+ Ability to travel locally up to 30% for customer facing activities

+ Determination to improve processes and build collaboration

+ Deep understanding of end to end processes within a shared service environment

+ Knowledge of Local Tax legislation and VAT, local Accounting Standards, Treasury - preferred
