OTSC Regional Coordinator

The Order Trade Secure Cash Regional Coordinator is the primary interface between the CBS centers and the assigned regional CFD locations for all Order Trade Secure Cash activities including Collections, Disputes, Order Hold/Release, Cash Application, and Counterparty Credit, including appropriate management of accounts covered by Euler Insurance. Ultimate responsibility is the overall management and oversee of assigned locations A/R. The Order Trade Secure Cash Regional Coordinator is accountable for providing overall risk management for the Food Distribution business. They will work closely with the OTSC Analyst and ensure business Credit and A/R expectations are being met. They will work closely with the CBS Centers credit analyst, collectors and order release teams to minimize the Distribution business receivables risk.
40% - Collections * Work with the OTSC Analyst, locations, and the CBS centers to ensure SOP’s are appropriate for effective collection at the Centers. Be the primary escalation point for Collection related issues. Review and Identify items of priority for collectors to be addressing. Develop follow up and management tools to monitor collectors’ efforts to resolve collection issues. * Coordinate and oversee weekly A/R reviews with distribution locations and CBS collection teams. * Help manage and review shared accounts that impact CFD locations that are managed by collectors outside the CFD collection team. Assist in managing the A 100 items to make sure items are handled timely. * Raise awareness/drive accountability when collection metrics are not being met. 20% - Order Hold/Release * Work with the OTSC Analyst, locations, and the CBS centers to ensure SOP’s are appropriate for effective order hold/release at the Centers. Be the primary escalation point for Order Hold/Release related issues. Work with distribution locations to address release decisions made on accounts consistently past due and/or over their line. * Raise awareness/drive accountability when Order Hold/Release metrics are not being met. 15%- Disputes * Work with the OTSC Analyst, locations, and the CBS centers to ensure SOP’s are appropriate for effective dispute resolution at the Centers. Be the primary escalation point for Dispute related issues. Work with Dispute Coordinators and Sales team to make sure disputes are being addressed timely.to clear them from the A/R. Develop follow up and management tools to monitor dispute coordinators and sales to resolve dispute issues. * Raise awareness/drive accountability when dispute metrics are not being met. 15% - Counterparty Credit * Work with Euler when necessary to determine if coverage is available for new or existing customers. Work with the CBS credit analyst by providing potential customer accounts for credit line review, both increases and reductions. 10%- Cash Application * Work with the OTSC Analyst, locations, and the CBS centers to ensure SOP’s are appropriate for effective cash app at the Centers. Be the primary escalation point for Cash/Fund application issues. Work with cash application in resolving root causes of misapplication of funds. Work with collectors and sales teams to ensure customers are following guidelines in payment remits to the Center. * Raise awareness/drive accountability when cash application metrics are not being met. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.
Qualifications Minimum Required * High School Diploma or GED. * 5 years of experience in a related field. * Working experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook,) * Working knowledge of Skype and other web-based tools * Working experience in SAP
