Position Purpose: This position is a 3rd shift Yields Accounting Assistant that is responsible for finalization of yields/production across multiple plant floor systems. Prepares and analyzes yields reports for accuracy and reasonableness. Verifies that production is correct and that it has transferred correctly to the AS400 system. Reviews and corrects error files. Works closesly with plant operations as well as accounting teams to ensure inventory is correct for the weekly P&L process to move forward. A strong candidate for this role is a self-motivator that can build trusting relationships, has a strong sense of priorities, can navigate ambiguity, think broadly and creatively, and drive for results.

Principal Accountabilities:

50% Ensure accurate and timely reporting of yields for multiple product lines and facilites. 20% Interact daily and deliver exception reporting to the facility management teams. 15% Acquire knowledge of the production and yields team process and back up as needed. 10% Ensure reasonable and accurate production standards. 5% Other responsibilities as assigned by management. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.

Required * Must be able to work 3rd shift hours from 12:00am till job completed and rotating weekends. * High school diploma * Must be able to 10-key by touch at a high rate of speed and accuracy * Working experience in computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and calculating formulas) Abilities / Success Factors * Strong mathematical skills and ability to calculate formulas * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to review ambiguous reports and identify variances/inaccuracies/missing information/etc. * Strong decision making skills used to make reporting changes before being instructed * Ability to accept change in a positive manner * Ablity to priorize work in order to meet deadlines * Demonstrated communication skiils-vebal and written * Strong analytical skills * Ability to work independently and take iniative, while exhitibing teamwork * Demonstrated ability to multitask * Ability to work with cross-functional teams
