Requirements:





+ Education: University degree in Chemical ,Mechanical, Petro Chemical or Agro Industrial engineering





+ Competencies : English pre-intermediate





+ Education: Six sigma green belt





+ Experience: Several years experience in food/ feed branch, Several years experience in process improvement, projects preparation and implementation areas.





+ Skills: Creative, Communication and people skills, Emotional intelligence, Team player.







Responsibilities:





+ identify process improvement opportunities in wheat processing by dentifying opportunities for change, implementing value added activities by preparing and proposing process improvement projects;





+ provide day-to-day technical and engineering support for operations in identification and closing gaps versus KPI goals by analysing process trends and providing corrective actions;





+ provide projects implementing support (writing and submitting commitment requests in case of capital projects - supported by required PDP documentation);





+ implement of process related corrective actions based on internal Process/Food safety/EHS audits;





+ support and development of new technology standards/procedures by setting-up tools and training operators in the field;





+ accurately reporting progress made and value generated to stakeholders
