Xanthans

Xanthans are produced by aerobic fermentation of sugars with the bacterium Xanthomonas Campestris. Composed by highly substituted anionic sugar monomers. Xanthans form a double helix. Xanthan gum thickens & stabilizes all kind of applications, Skin Care, Hair Care, Oral Care etc.
