Photo of Dr. Robrigo Carranza

Rodrigo Carranza has joined Cargill as a national sales leader, and member of the U.S. dairy leadership team. In his new role, Carranza will lead the Cargill Dairy Enterprise Group, a team focused on delivering supply chain solutions from cow to cup. Carranza was most recently an associate director for Zoetis where he led the U.S. Centralized Business Services Unit, delivering fee-based business management and leadership development services to producers and veterinarians.

Dr. Hank Spencer has joined Cargill as a new Dairy Technical Specialist serving customers in Wisconsin and Michigan. Dr. Spencer brings a vast amount of experience and knowledge, having served in leadership roles at both Elanco Animal Health and Monsanto, in addition to operating his own veterinary practice. He’s also been recognized by the American Association of Bovine Practitioners with an Award for Excellence in Preventive Veterinary Medicine – Dairy.

Nate Galbreath has joined Cargill as a Dairy Focus Consultant, serving customers in Pennsylvania and Maryland. Nate has deep experience in real life dairy husbandry, crop production, and overall dairy farm management including managing bi-lingual farm employees with Spanish language proficiency. In his new role he will utilize these skills to help Cargill customers improve practices in these areas, and ultimately profitability.

Jennifer Becker is a new Dairy Specialist. In this role Jennifer will be summarizing and analyzing records to assist with the success of Cargill customers. She has previous experience analyzing records and implementing new technologies in the AI industry, primarily working with customers in Minnesota and the Dakotas.

Tim Sherven has joined our team as a Dairy Focus Consultant in south central Wisconsin. He is excited to join Cargill to help customers and enhance his skills, knowledge and application of dairy nutrition and management. Tim previously held a dairy sales position with Furst McNess, and has a proven track record of successfully working with dairy customers to meet their goals.

Polly Hoogeveen is our new U.S. Calf and Heifer Sales and Marketing Manager. In this role, she will be responsible for developing and leading sales and marketing strategies in this space. Polly brings more than 23 years of industry experience from Zoetis, having worked in the areas of marketing, regulatory and product development in her career.
