What is the purpose of this product?

Answer: The iQuatic™ tool is designed with two components: a mobile application and a farm operations dashboard. The mobile application allows you to collect data on the farm in real-time, which is sent directly to the farm management dashboard for analysis, so in order to help make better farm decisions based on data science and analytics.

What is your data privacy policy?

Answer: Cargill takes data privacy very seriously to ensure that any identifiable data you provide is secure and not shared with anybody without your permission. Some non-identifiable data collected is used for training algorithms and benchmarking services that provide benefits to all our customers.

Our commitment to our customers is:

  • We obey the laws of the countries where we do business.
  • We will protect our customers data
  • We will never sell or provide any identifiable or personal information to third parties without customer consent.
  • We will be transparent with how data you provide is used and when our terms and conditions or privacy policies change.


Can I customize different features to my specific farm(s)?

Answer: You will have control of certain inputs that are specific to your farm.  For example different feed types or the day of the week to start a feed plan.  We understand the importance of having relevant information at your fingertips – which is why we will continue to enhance your ability to customize the solution.

What is the pricing?

Answer: Pricing depends on a variety of factors, including the size of your farm, adoption of the solution and payment terms. Please submit the contact us form to receive a price quote.

How often do you make updates to iQuatic™?

Answer: We make changes to the iQuatic™ software on a weekly basis.  While you may not always notice a change, we are continually updating the system to improve your experience. 

How do I sign up to become a customer?

Answer: To become a customer, you will first need to contact an iQuatic™ team member. This team member can walk you through a demo, provide pricing, and terms of an agreement. Once that has agreed upon by both parties, we will ask for farm information, users for access, and any historical data you wish to include for set-up.

Does the product tell me how much to feed, when to stock a pond or when to harvest?

Answer: The iQuatic™ app provides you with insights to better manage your farm.  This includes visibility into the environmental factors, health, growth and feed performance to assist you in the decision making process.  In addition, we have Beta features leveraging predictive analytics to provide predictions on current and future biomass, population and average weight to suggest how much to feed, when to stock a pond or when to harvest.  

What if I do not have a WIFI connection?

Answer: You do not need a WIFI connection on the farm to capture data as the system is a cloud-based mobile application. Users in the field can still input the data without WIFI. The mobile application will save the data until you have data access, at which point the mobile application will sync with the rest of the iQuatic™ solution.

Where does all my data go if I cancel my account?

Answer: If you cancel your account, Cargill will delete any identifiable or personal data. Anonymized or non-identifiable data may be preserved to avoid service disruptions with our data models or benchmarking services.  Upon cancellation, if you would like a copy of the data that you provided to us, we can provide. Depending on circumstances, you may be subject to a fee.

Does iQuatic™ integrate with other farm tools (automated feeders, sensors, hardware, etc.)?

Answer: Yes, the iQuatic™ software is developed with an API framework that provides an easy path for integration with other farm tools.  If the hardware you are using does not currently integrate with the iQuatic™ system let us know.

Who do I contact for support?

Answer: If you are not a customer, please submit inquiries or concerns to our contact us form and an iQuatic™ team member will contact you.

If you are a customer, please contact your local support person. We will also supply you with a virtual support option if that individual is not available.
