Position Purpose & Summary The Solution Integrity Analyst is a member of the Center-LedSAP Applications team, supporting the TCD instance of the SAP portfolio andwill be working in a highly dynamic, fast changing, and fluid work environment. This position will work closely with other Global IT teamsin a collaborative, cross-functional environment, to ensure SAPtechnology-enabled solutions and services meet the needs of the organization,with a focus on maintaining and protecting the instance blueprint in the areaof responsibility by the means of understanding and dispositioning allidentified Solution gaps providing solution direction for approved Solutiongaps as well as approving solution change requests as a result of break fix,enhancement or upgrades This position is accountable for Solution Management withinthe Operations Area (EWM, Procurement, Manufacturing, TM, PP) of SAP.This role is part of the TCD InstanceOperations Team and works in alignment with the Global IT governance model andprocesses, and must understand the integration impacts with other process areasfor the TCD Instance. The Solution Integrity Analyst is responsible for theSolution Architecture in the Operations area for any Instance SpecificApplications. In doing this they align closely with the SAP Architecture team,Enterprise Architecture and the Enterprise Process Management team.
Solution Management * LeadInstance solution architecture, solution integrity and the functionalrelationship across multiple concurrent projects and sustain activities * Drivestrategic integrated solutions which in turn deliver the business requirementsand associated benefit * Enabletechnical and business architecture, solutions, and software plans anddirections * Responsiblefor conceptual solution designs and solution blueprints for SAP deployment projectsand sustain activities within assigned Instance * Investigatecomplex business and system issues, researching and identifying innovativesolutions * LeadSolution Architecture for Instance specific Solutions in alignment withEnterprise Architecture and Global SAP Solution Architects * Work withEPM and EA team on applying the Enterprise Must Haves into the Instance thatsupport the Enterprise Process Strategies * Participatein proposed solution approval and alignment with SAP Solution Architects * Responsiblefor maintaining solution integrity through the course of the project includingcontrolling scope, managing solutions for change requests and clarifyingsolution capabilities during all delivery phases * Collaborateswith management in application governance processes for Business operatingmodel blueprint, localization, Enhancement and break-fix * Accountablefor application compliance, working with SAP Solution Architects Consulting & Partnering * Drivecontinuous process improvement and build/execute plan for building new solutionarchitecture capability * Consult,review and approve functional and technical specifications created by deliveryproject teams * Developand maintain long term business domain knowledge * Musteffectively partner with teams with various staffing mixes of internal andexternal on-shore and off-shore resources in order to deliver successfulsolutions * Partnerclosely with Solution Analysts, Business Analysts, Value Enablers, Technicalteams, other Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Infrastructure teams,and vendors to ensure alignment with projects, programs and strategies, andstandards Other Project Delivery Responsibilities(may includesome or all of the following) * Manageworkload and priorities to deliver agreed upon project milestones * Preparehigh and detailed level estimations of effort in order to achieve a preferredsolution. * Provide guidanceand architectural oversight during requirements, design, build, and testphases. * Workacross architecture domains to identify and resolve issues and manageinter-dependencies between integration points for the assigned Instance
Minimum Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business, MIS,computer science or equivalent work experience * 7 years relevant business or IT experience insolution or service delivery positions * SAP functional and technical experience in oneor more of the following: * Operations: TM, LE, PP, PPPI, QM, APO-DP,APO-SNP, APO-PP/DS, MII, EHS, PM * Ability to translate business processrequirements into process, data and technology solutions * Demonstrated experience in deliveringsignificant large multiyear projects, capturing planned benefits and deliveringon-time and on-budget * Proven and demonstrated conflict management,influencing, negotiation and consulting skills * Ability to translate business requirements intoprocess, data and technological models and specifications in an efficient wayfor a highly complex and critical application * Ability to manage ambiguous situations * Ability to demonstrate thought leadership * Ability to manage multiple priorities within aservice environment. * Strong written and verbal communication skillsat all levels of the organization, including the ability to communicatetechnical and business information to both technical and non-technicalaudiences * Excellent analytical and problem solvingcapability * Ability to travel internationally up to 30%
* 3 years of Sales, Sourcing and/or Tradingexperience in the IT environment * Working knowledge with SAP in one or more of thefollowing: * Operations -MII, PP/DS, TM, IBP, QM, EWM
