Position Purpose & Summary The Senior Management Information Analyst will enable the data and analysis capabilities for the Finance function. This position is expected to work closely with the various Finance stakeholders to solve problems through data and the application of reporting and analysis tools. The role requires an Analyst skilled in data, reporting and analysis best practices and technical concepts. The role will create and deliver data sets, metrics, reports and dashboards for the Finance function. The role works with finance stakeholders to address current initiatives and future opportunities to advance the use of data and analysis for finance processes. This role will work with finance stakeholder to ensure existing solutions remain relevant and make the necessary modifications to reporting as processes and systems change. In addition to report development and maintenance this position will provide governance of the reporting environment ensuring all solutions are in compliance with global standards and any unused solutions are retired from the environment.

Principal Accountabilities

* Analyze and deliver new reporting / dashboards (50%) o Work directly with business stakeholders across finance to define business requirements to achieve value case o Wireframe solutions to engage stakeholders and gain commitment to the solution o Design and develop the solution o Engage stakeholders in testing and in user acceptance, setting criteria to be achieved during the process o Document solution and transition to stakeholders o Strong and consistent communication with non-technical stakeholders will be required throughout the process * Support and enhance existing reporting / dashboards (30%) o Partner with end users on new functionality requests. Define, design, build and implement. o Regression test existing solution for data and technology changes. o Provide level 2 (break / fix) support on existing solutions o Maintain documentation and metadata *

Provide coaching to end users

(10%) o Partner with end users on the implementation of new solutions to explain report functionality and ensure that end users can navigate in the new solution o Assist new analysts in onboarding so they understand the reporting that is available and how to use the reporting o Assist end users with functionality and navigation questions *

Reporting environment governance

(10%) o Monitor reporting environment usage and remove reports that are no longer being used o Maintain, update and change folder structures as needed to ensure proper organization and so end users can locate reports. o Stay current on best methods and ensure Finance standards are being utilized in solutions1.


Minimum Required Qualifications

* B.E. and/or MBA * 5 years of experience in Self-service tools such as Power BI (or Tableau) * Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and demonstrated experiences communicating across diverse cultures, teams and regions * Ability, as exhibited from past experiences, to build and support reporting and dashboards

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in Reporting and Analytics in multinational corporations * Experience in SAP * Experience in Hadoop * Formal certification in Self-service
