Position Purpose & Summary The RTR Specialist (reporting into the chief accountant) is accountable for the end-to-end accounting activities of Cargill Takarmány Zrt. and for the provision of timely and relevant financial reports. As such the position holder is accountable for financial statement assurance and performing a first line of defense within the control framework. He/she will work to ensure information from different sources (CBS, tax, treasure, Financial Risk Management, Management Information & Decision Support and other functions) is timeline available, consolidated and understood.

Principal Accountabilities

_60% Manage the Accounting Activity of the entity:_

+ Responsible for the Hungarian statutory and USGAAP reporting

+ Manage the closing General Ledger monthly and ensure the financial data accuracy

+ Responsibile for the professional oversight of accounting activities performed by Cargill Business Services

+ Manage the Annual Report preparation of the Hungarian Entitiy

+ Manage the Annual Statutory Audit

+ Liaision with Hungarian Tax Authority

+ Responsible for the preparation of regular monthly reports of Corporate Finance, Statutory purposes;

+ Accountability for the outcomes of all accounting and financial reporting activities

+ Review of Balance Sheet Accounts reconciliation prepared by Cargill Business Services team

+ Provide Quarterly Controller Review package and Lower Level Financial review data

+ Maintenance of policies and procedures _30% Business Partnering with local business stakeholders:_

+ Act as the local partner to business – maintain close cooperation with commercial, supply chain and other business/product managers in order to understand the local business challenges and strategies

+ Estimate and Final AOE preparation at month end

+ Assist in the yearly Budget Preparation by collecting and compile data in Budget template from related departments

+ Liaise with the regional Management Information & Decision Support & Financial Risk Management teams on input and measurement of any key information needed on business group level _10% Continuous Improvement:_

+ Participates in the continuous improvement and optimization of finance activities across the country,

+ Provides input into process optimization and improves the efficiency of finance operations across the country,

+ Supports the identification and implementation of process simplification, standardization and improvement.

Qualifications



+ Hungarian qualified accountant is a must

+ Knowledge of USGAAP is strongly preferred

+ Bachelor Degree in Accounting with 7 years accounting experience

+ Minimum 3 years of end-to-end accounting experience preferably at a manufacturing company

+ Proven understanding of transfer pricing mechanisms

+ Fluent in Hungarian and English

+ Good communication skills, both written and verbal

+ Working knowledge of SAP

+ Willingness to travel (up to 15%)
