Customer Service Representative

Position Purpose & Summary The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders while maximizing the satisfaction of our customers throughout the enterprise. This position is the first contact point for customers for all orders, shipments, documentation-related issues and acts as an interface to other internal Cargill Texturizing Solution departments. This position requires fluid navigation between multiple operating systems including SAP & A-Force to execute customer service activities.
_55%_ Manage customer orders, from order intake to invoice overdue recovering, in line with contract, procedure guidelines and customer expectations _10%_ Collaborate with transportation, scheduling and escalation teams to resolve service issues and expedite orders as defined by customer/contract requirements. Leverage the GT nexus system and maintain close relationships with export authorities as necessary to ensure the relevant documentation and requirements are met for successful Exports. _10%_ Back up for other team members _5%_ Issue, control and send invoices and credit notes to our customers _5%_ Pro-actively follow up all the key stages of an order such as availability check, regular customer updates, logistics tracking execution and documentation needed _5%_ Actively participate in the Customer Incident Management process as each situation requires. _5%_ Actively participate in the shipment report analysis process _5%_ Enforce all Supply Chain business rules and notify deviations (lead times, surcharges, Communication flows, etc.)
+ Bachelor`s Degree, preferably in Commercial/customer service or Supply Chain orientation
+ Excellent knowledge (written and spoken) of English
+ Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Package (Outlook, Excel, etc.) mandatory
+ Minimum 1/2 years professional background within Customer Service or Supply Chain experience
+ Previous roles in handling domestic customers and previous roles in handling Export (Non-EU28) customer
+ Specific experience with Middle East & African customers is an asset
+ Customer focus and sense of service
+ Able to work both autonomously and as part of a team
+ Strong problem-solving mind set
+ Able to prioritize and cope with urgency; able to manage stressful situations
+ Quick learner
+ Excellent communicator
+ Strong skills of administration
+ Preferred:Master Degree
