TheCybersecurityAudit Risk Advisor will play a critical role in leading and accelerating the transformation to a world class internal audit function by 2022. Working closely with The Audit director and Audit Risk Lead, this position will be the key contributor in the transformation and ownership of Corporate Audit’s continuous risk assessment and audit plan development. The Audit Risk Advisor is responsible for the leading and driving results of all risk assessment services across an entire risk domain (or set of risk domains) of Cargill globally. This individual will lead the enterprise risk assessment and advisory for theIT and cybersecuritydomains, resulting in delivery of a comprehensive view and prioritization of risk facilitating reviews of the predefined pipeline of projects, and additional risk guidance to Audit and to businesses. This position will be responsible for leveraging a data driven approach and domain knowledge to provide a holistic assessment of risks across theITdomain. This position will be the key partner to senior leadership across commercial and business functions, providing independent insights on changes in Cargill’s risk landscape and interdependencies. The successful candidate will have a passion for Auditand Cybersecurity,a strong desire and ability to network and build meaningful relationships with stakeholders and lead the implementation of contemporary risk assessment practices, including use of data and analytics, to deliver on the strategy.

Principal Accountabilities:

_75% - Enterprise Risk Assessment and Advisory_

+ Develop deep understanding of the risk landscape across one or a combination of risk domain(s) for Cargill (global, Cargill-wide perspective)

+ EvaluateITrisks that could prevent Cargill from achieving its strategic objectives; connect the dots between seemingly disparate data points and strategies

+ Remain current on external and internal developments within theITrisk domain, including business strategies, key initiatives, and transformation efforts

+ Lead a data-driven approach in service of identifying and assessing risks

+ Systematically rank inherent risks, controls, and residual risks to inform and prioritize assurance work and the cyclical Audit pipeline

+ Maintain documented risk assessment results including risk ratings, risk summaries, and dashboard reporting

+ Deliver high quality risk assessment and audit planning in alignment with Cargill’s defined audit methodologies _25% - Stakeholder Management_

+ Stay current with changes in the risk landscape across the risk domain through strong interaction with business and function leaders

+ Communicate risk trends identified in Audit to all key stakeholders in senior management (group, function and enterprise leadership teams) and solicit feedback for alignment on prioritization of risk

+ Communicate risk assessment conclusions to senior leadership in commercial and business functions; seen as the key partner to advise the businesses on risk evaluation and mitigation * Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.

Qualifications Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree

+ 3 or more years of experience working in some combination of cybersecurity auditing (internal or external), and/or cybersecurity consulting

+ 7 or more years of business experience

+ Ability to travel globally up to 30%

+ Demonstrated experience with risk assessment (for example, experience gained while doing strategy execution, program management, control assessments, business planning), which includes a demonstrated ability to efficiently understand business strategy and operating models, with the ability to translate into prioritized risks

+ Demonstrated broad business acumen with an understanding of the key business drivers and trends. Ability to connect the dots (systems thinking) and efficiently analyze multiple data points to form a concise opinion.

+ Demonstrated intellectual curiosity; desire to learn, discover, and seek opportunities for improvement

+ Demonstrated ability and willingness to remain current on industry risks and trends

+ Able to deal with ambiguity

+ Strong analytical skills and use of analytics technology

+ Proven ability to quickly establish credibility and influence at all levels of the organization

+ Demonstrated ability to set priorities and manage multiple and concurrent priorities

+ Demonstrates initiative, strong judgment and commitment for results

+ Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications



+ Leading practice risk assessment experience, including heavy use of data analytics

+ Experience with ACL GRC, Alteryx, PowerBI, and Tableau

+ Relevant cybersecurity certifications (for example: CIISP, CEH, CISM, CISA)

+ Experience with cybersecurity tools

+ 10 or more years of business experience

+ Proficiency in Mandarin, Spanish, Portuguese, or other languages
