We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Malt Plant in Minto,Sydney as a Maintenance Fitter. Reporting to theMaintenanceSupervisor, you will be responsiblefor maintaining optimumasset health for all plant equipment, systems, and structures by performinginspections, lubrications, repairs, adjustments and modifications to equipmentand structures of the facility.You will also play an important role in thesafety and housekeeping programs for the facility. As an experiencedMaintenanceFitter from amanufacturing and process environment, you willbring in your well-developed knowledge of working with various industrial equipments. You will be a self-starter with Mechanical or MaintenanceFitter trade qualifications and with an ability to work independently; also thrivewithin a multi-cultural, diverse team.
Responsible for mechanicalservice and maintenance of plant and equipment without compromising productionquality or quantity. Input work request into CMMS for requested and completedwork. Perform preventative maintenance, lubrications and inspections, per thepreventive maintenance schedule and document as directed. Safety Management/ Food Safety Adhereto work and safety instruction by taking an active role in contributing tobuilding a safety culture and ensure compliance with Cargill’s Safety andEnvironmental policy.Adhere to processes and procedures, anddirections in relation to food safety and quality management.
A genuine effort towork cooperatively within the company, taking personal accountability forcreating and supporting a team environment and showing a genuine respect forindividuals within the team in order to encourage an environment of mutualtrust. Attends and provides constructive input at site meetings as determinedby management.

Experience and skills
Having come from a similar background,you will have:
+ Mechanical or Maintenance Fittertrade qualifications;
+ Minimum 1-2 years of relevantexperience;
+ Experience in a manufacturingenvironment;
+ Problem solving and strong analytical skills;
+ High adaptability and capacityfor change;
+ Well-developed communicationskills;
+ Problem solving and analysisskills;
+ Good fabrication Weldingskills;
+ Knowledge of maintenance onscrew conveyors, drag conveyors and bucket elevator;
+ Ability to work out of normalwork hours where equipment failure or shutdowns dictate; On offer is a competitive salary package with good workingconditions.
