Description

Position Purpose & Summary Support the commercial development of all the commercial activity of Dairy France (products and services), through 3 main differents ways : visits on farms with commercial team, technical support on commercial team, and participation on projects. He is involved in the implementation of commercial actions, in order to fulfill the commercial objectives (in relation with Commercial Director). He is the reference regarding technical training of sales team.

Principal Accountabilities

_Technical training - 40%_

+ Training of the sales team through :

+ Technical questions (by phone on specific days, by e-mails)

+ Regular communications with technology managers, products managers to have cohesion in answers

+ Organise tracability of the answers

+ Redaction of technical docuements for sales team, organize skype meeting with sales team, in relation with technology and products managers

+ Training of new salesmen (during their 1st year especially)

+ Organize and put regularly informations in NEO-PRO platform

+ Collect technical informations and diffuse them to sales team and SMT team

+ Able to give information on markets, competitors products, to products managers _Visit of customers – technical training of salesmen on farms - 40%_

+ Training of the sales team through :

+ Visits on farms : priority on Aiden 1 And Noah customers

+ Technical advises on nutrition (new salesmen, Néo-pro), products (positioning, arguments), commercial, robots systems

+ Technical meeting : with salesteam (in regions), and with customers

+ Training of new salesmen (1 day during the first 6 months)

+ Animation of groups of farmers _Products and services developments - 20%_

+ Participate to the management of services (Néo-Pro, analysis…)

+ Participate to the conception process, in relation with technology and marketing managers

+ Participate to establishment of proof of efficiency of products

+ Agri engineer (master degree), or veterinarian

+ Technical knowledge in ruminant nutrition

+ Mastering office software
