Position Purpose & Summary:
_50% Develop external communication materials for newproducts, promotions, local activities:_

+ Develop content for marketing communication divided to ATL and BTL activities

+ Work with external suppliers and Sales Team

+ Work with the specialized magazines editorial staff

+ Develop communication content/materials for internet

+ Work with advertising agencies, internal graphic designer on creation of brochures, packages

+ Co-operate with Product Line Managers/Category Managers on developing the brief for advertising campaigns and the look and feel for brochures, catalogues, posters, flyers.

+ Collaborate with graphic designer on all images, logos, layouts, other communication designs

+ Analyze marketing data (campaign results)

+ Develop/adapt packaging design according to the branding strategy _20% Develop communication materials for internal use:_

+ Develop communication materials for the internal Sales Team (newsletters, posters, presentations etc.) in close co-operation with Product Line Managers/Category Managers, Sales and/or global Communication Team

+ Execute internal communication strategies _20% Support events, exhibitions, fairs for Dealers andcustomers:_

+ In co-operation with the advertising, media agencies, event agencies etc. and/or the internal Graphic Designer/the Event Specialist develop concepts for exhibitions areas

+ In co-operation with Product Line Managers/Category Manager sand Trade Marketing Specialist work on campaigns/ logos to exibitions and events stands and locations _10% Creating online campaigns for Cargill’s webpage/Facebook/ Instagram & affiliates_

Qualifications



+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related field

+ 2 years of marketing or marketing communications experience

+ Fluent English

+ Strong Communication skills, Team player

+ Creative and ”out of the box” thinking

+ Deadline-Oriented, strong sense of prioritizations

+ Knowledge of packaging design - preferred
