The Contract Administrator is responsible for the input,modification and control of sales and purchase contracts in a systems (A-force,SAP). This role is part of the CentralContract Desk which keeps close contact with all Sales Teams of CSST (CargillStarch and Sweeteners Business Unit) Europe. In this position you will:

+ Execute sales and purchase contract management (contract creation/ amendment / closure)

+ Implement contract options

+ Eliminate deviations in the systems, do corrections

+ Maintain contract manuals and procedures on share point in linewith audits

+ In case of legal or business requirement, print and send legal contracts in coordination with Sales Manager or SalesAssistant

+ Ensure template data correctness related to financial data


+ High Schooleducation

+ 1 yearexperience in a similar job

+ Very goodlevel of English

+ Team player

+ Strong communication skills

+ Administrative skills (accurate, detailed)
