Supplier Code of Conduct
Cargill expects its suppliers to conduct their business in a socially and environmentally responsible manner, with integrity, ethics and transparency, treating their employees in a dignified and respectful manner, as well as the communities where they operate. Thus, we ask providers to adhere to the terms and conditions of the Provider Code of Conduct.
Buyer's Code of Ethics
The Strategic Sourcing and Procurement area of Latin America and the purchasing areas under its management, as well as other areas and people who make purchases and contracting of goods and services, are exposed to commercial situations and commercial relationships with suppliers that require a set of rules of professional conduct. To protect Cargill's interests and establish a guide for its professionals to be prepared to deal with potential conflict of interest or ethical situations, we developed the Buyer Code of Ethics.
