1. Supplier Quality Management – Supply Chain Sourcing Model Training for Suppliers

Supply Chain Risk Training for Cargill Suppliers

This training session provides an in-depth overview of supply chain risks related to product safety, quality, and fraud, with a focus on sourcing models and upstream visibility. Participants will learn how different sourcing approaches—integrated, direct, market, and hybrid—impact risk levels and mitigation strategies.
