Clear Valley® omega 3 oil

This heart healthy canola-flax blend oil offers food manufacturers of shelf stable products a way to make Nutrient Content Claims around alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) omega-3. Featuring just one gram of saturated fat per serving,* this oil may help manufacturers create unique consumer appeal for their products – allowing them to potentially capture more market share and/or increase their price per package.

Clear Valley® low saturate oil

With a lower saturated fat content than any other oil available - just 0.5 grams per serving* - Clear Valley® low saturate oil may help you meet your saturated fat formulation goals and make an FDA-authorized claim around saturated fat content. This oil will be on the market in 2014; testing oil will be available in 2011.

Clear Valley® 65 high oleic canola oil

With one gram of saturated fat per serving,* Clear Valley® 65 high oleic canola oil can help you meet the nutritional demands of consumers while providing extreme heat resistance and high oxidative stability.  This multi-use oil performs well in a variety of food manufacturing applications.

Clear Valley® 80 high oleic canola oil

Increase shelf life and stability with Clear Valley® 80.  This oil provides greater heat and oxidative stability to deliver a long product shelf life.  The neutral flavor allows you to use this oil in many applications, without imparting flavor on your product.  Clear Valley® 80 has the highest level of oleic acid and the highest level of stability of any commercially available canola oil.   With the added benefits of  zero grams of trans fat per serving* and low levels of saturated fat*, this oil helps you meet the nutritional demands of consumers in a variety of applications.

Clear Valley® high oleic sunflower oil
