Cargill expands industrial oil business in Brazil with acquisition of SGS Microingredien
Cargill has acquired SGS Microingredients (SGS Agricultura e Industria Ltda.), a company based in Ponta Gross, PR, Brazil. SGS processes and produces oleo chemicals and emulsifiers for the food, animal nutrition, and industrial segments, for domestic and export sales.
