Sofia Capability Center is one of the first centers established as part of the global organization in late 2013 to service Cargill's EMEA region. Starting with a small team of only 14 people and one function - Finance, the center has now grown to an organization of more than 1600 people, providing services in 18 different languages in the fields of Finance, Human Resources, Transportation and Logistics, Strategic Sourcing and Procurement and Master Data Management for the EMEA region.
Our mission is to provide high quality and efficient services and to be a trusted partner to our stakeholders. We are committed to do the ordinary extraordinarily well by continuous improvement mindset, realizing efficiencies and delivering service quality against the best-in-class industry standards.
