Employee Engagement
At Cargill, having engaged employees is our number one measure of success as a company. This means that our people consider themselves engaged employees—meaning that they stay with the company, say positive things about the company and support the company by contributing all of their potential effort.
Our fifth completed employee engagement survey cycle, translated into 22 languages for employees around the globe, continued to reflect a positive upward trend as we have achieved a 14 percentage point increase in employee engagement over the past five cycles of assessment. As we move forward, engagement efforts at Cargill will continue to focus on using employee feedback and action plans for improvement to become the partner of choice with our customers and our employees.
