Behavior Safety Process

Goal:
100% deployment of behavior systems within Cargill.

Background:
Cargill is committed to promoting safe work behaviors throughout the Corporation. This is to be accomplished through development of formal behavior safety process that includes management support, active employee engagement, observation/feedback and removing barriers to safe behaviors.

Performance:
For fiscal year 2007, 52% of Cargill sites had deployed behavior safety systems.
