We operate cow slaughter, processing, grinding and case-ready facilities in California, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. Our business serves both retail grocery and food service companies.

We produce products under the Meadowland Farms™, Circle T Beef™ and Valley Tradition® labels, as well as our Excel® brand.
