Cargill Foods Brazil serves four segments of the food industry: Domestic retailers, manufacturers, food service and export. For the retail market, we produce bottled and canned cooking oils under the brands Liza™, Veleiro™, Pruilev™ and Mazola™. We produce blended oils under the brands Olivia™ and Maria™; and, mayonnaise under the Liza, Maria and Mariana™ brands. Production and distribution sites include Mairinque, Sao Roque, Uberlandia, Barreiras, Rio Verde and Jaboatao dos Guararapes (Northeast region). Our sales team and sales representatives cover all of Brazil territory.

The business also distributes olive oils imported from Portugal and Spain, and salad dressings under the brand Liza, produced by Cargill Flavor Systems.

For food manufacturers, we produce refined blends of soybean and specialty oils and hydrogenated oils. Hydrogenated oils are produced and distributed out of Mairinque and Uberlandia facilities, and blended oils out of Mairinque.

For food service and the export segment, we produce hydrogenated oils, specialty oils, mayonnaise and salad dressings, and distribute olive oil.
