Cargill Foods Venezuela is a leading food distributor in Venezuela, specializing in staple food production and distribution. Our retail offerings include leading lines of branded flour, past, rice and bottled oils. We also distribute products for other food suppliers. For bakeries, we provide flour, shortenings, premixes, yeast, salt and sugar, plus technical support. For global packaged foods companies, Cargill provides oils, fats, flour and premixes. Foods Venezuela operates six plants: an oil refinery in Valencia; two pasta plants – Catia La Mar and Maracaibo; two flour plants – Catia La Mar and La Encrucijada; and a rice plant in Píritu. We also operate six distribution centers: Barquisimeto, La Yaguara, Puerto La Cruz, Turmero, Maracaibo and San Cristóbal. |
