Cargill Meats Brazil, formerly Seara, is a major Brazilian poultry and pork processor, which we acquired in fiscal year 2005. We have seven poultry processing facilities, two pork processing facilities, six regional sales offices, nine feed production facilities, eight distribution centers and one port terminal in Brazil. We also have a sales distribution center for Europe located in Amstelveen, Netherlands, and sales forces in Singapore and Dubai.
