Fighting hunger by fighting poverty
Cargill and CARE have been partners for more than 15 years in a collaboration to combat poverty. In 2008, Cargill and CARE launched a five-year, USD $10 million partnership to reach more than 100,000 men, women and children in rural communities with nutritional, educational and economic opportunities for growth. We partner with CARE in Africa, the Asia Pacific region and Latin America. Learn more about our partnership with CARE.

The donations included USD $1 million to support Feeding America's National Produce Program that made 19.2 million pounds of fresh produce available to people in need.
