Earth Day at Cargill worldwide
Thousands of employees in 194 locations and 30 nations join in Earth Day activities
We understand that food and feed depend upon clean water, clean soil, clean air and sunlight. Not only on Earth Day, but every day our employees work toward developing ways of reducing our environmental impact and help conserve natural resources. On April 22, 2009, thousands of employees in 194 locations across 30 nations made a tangible impact on the environment in their communities by participating in volunteer activities.
Earth Day projects ranged from park and community space cleanups in Taiwan and Russia, to roadside cleanups in Canada, to river bank cleanups in the U.S. View our Earth Day slide show to see more examples of how Cargill employees celebrate Earth Day, every day.
