Cargill has a strong, global commitment to improve freshwater efficiency in our businesses. Through a combination of improved awareness, communicating opportunities to reduce, reuse and recycle water, supporting community water conservation programs and numerous other ongoing efforts each year we become more efficient with our use of freshwater.

Cargill. Improving freshwater efficiency.Going forward, our 2015 goal is to improve freshwater efficiency by 5 percent from our fiscal year 2010 baseline. During fiscal year 2011 our freshwater efficiency improved 3.1 percent over our 2010 baseline.
