Rapid delivery of concepts, prototypes and formulations
Our dairy pilot facilities can reproduce numerous dairy products for testing formulations. These include a continuous aeration machine for aerated yogurts and mousses; flavor mix tanks for ice cream and other frozen products; and positive displacement pumps and dynashear pumps that mimic shear in large processing plants as well as complete UHT/HTST. We also have equipment for standard dairy processing and making processed cheese products.
