Compounds

Speciale ChocolateSpeciale topping: Its smoothness provides perfect application in sweets, cakes, pies and pastry products in general. The line is available as 1 kilo bars in milk, dark and white version.

Pastry: Another topping option with fractionated fat of high quality to serve bakery and pastry segment.

Toppings and flakes: Produced with high quality ingredients, it is ideal to make flakes, toppings and decorated pastry products. It comes as milk and dark versions in 2.5 and 5 kilos bars.

Fillings: It is produced from compound or fat base for different applications such as candies, bonbons and bars as white chocolate and traditional versions.

Skimo: Compound of chocolate flavor used to cover popsicles and to produce flakes for ice-cream. Packages of 12kg buckets.
