Manufacturing process
Our teams are committed to a program of continuous improvement in the areas of processes, production, purchases and quality to increasingly obtain cost reduction and add value to our customers.
- We manufacture products in modern facilities, using the latest technologies of extraction, fermentation, separation and drying.
- Many of our products are basic components used in formulas of mixtures, in which the other materials (e.g. salt, sugar, proteins, etc.) are added. We use strict quality criteria and auditing to select the suppliers of these ingredients that will be added.
- We do not make any sending before the commercial product undergoes a series of controls that assure quality.
Some Cargill products are only approved for use in certain geographies, end uses, and/or at certain usage levels. It is the customer's responsibility to determine, for a particular geography, that (i) the Cargill product, its use and usage levels, (ii) the customer's product and its use, and (iii) any claims made about the customer's product, all comply with applicable laws and regulations.
