Partially demineralized whey powder

Partially demineralized whey powder is a product resulting from the milk coagulation process in which the mineral components are partially removed.

Used as source of milk solids, it contains half of the solids present in milk, including proteins, lactose, water-soluble mineral salts, vitamins and fat.
