Gelogen™ blends

Gelogen™ blends can provide freeze/thaw stability, optimum sheen, thermostability, smooth texture, syneresis control, extensibility, consistency, improved crumb structure, enhanced softness and volume, shape retention and moisture control. It also can be used for egg replacement.
