Deoiled lecithins are offered in a variety of particle sizes. Deoiled lecithins have a high water dispersibility, and are easy to measure and handle without pumps.

Canned soup in mugCargill's EZ Fill® starches were developed to meet the needs of the canning industry.  Unlike traditional starches that thicken during cooking and remain thick in the finished product (thick-thick), can-filling starches thicken during cooking but are thin in the finished product (thick-thin).
