Differentiate your product by leveraging the oil with the lowest saturated fat content of any vegetable oil available to date.  With only 4.5% saturated fat content*, Clear Valley® low saturate canola oil may allow you to make a “low saturated fat” or “saturated fat free” FDA authorized Nutrient Content Claim on your product.

With Clear Valley® low saturate canola oil, you can give consumers the taste and nutrition they demand without sacrificing performance. This healthy oil will deliver similar functionality, mouthfeel and shelf life stability as high oleic canola oil. It’s a versatile drop-in solution, perfect for your food manufacturing needs.

Clear Valley® low saturate canola oil is patent pending.  Available in 2016, testing oil will be available in 2015.

*Canola oil saturated fat content is 7% and soybean oil saturated fat content is 14%
