Stable Flake® products are shortenings available in flaked form. They are recommended for use in bakery mixes, chewing gum, encapsulation, peanut butter stabilization, danish, pizza crusts, pastries and as a crystal promotor and melting point adjustment.

Hydrogenated Soybean Oil with Citric Acid added as a preservative

Bakery mixes, chewing gum, crystallization promotion, melting point adjustment, encapsulation agent and stabilization

Stable Flake® C oil

Hydrogenated Cottonseed Oil with Citric Acid added as a preservative

Peanut butter stabilizer, chewing gums, caramel centers, bakery mixes, crystallization promotion

Stable Flake® P oil

Hydrogenated Palm Oil with Citric Acid added as a preservative

Bakery mixes, chewing gum, crystallization promotion

Stable Flake® S-113 oil

Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil with Citric Acid added as a preservative

Dry mixes, pie crusts, baked goods
