Premier™ Light Salt 50/50 Blend
Premier™ Light Salt 50/50 Blend is a blend of food grade potassium chloride and sodium chloride that provides 50% less sodium than regular salt. This blend can be used as a direct replacement for salt in food processing operations where sodium reduction is desired.
Premier™ Light Salt can enable sodium reduction up to 50% while maintaining many of the functionalities of salt. Contains tricalcium phosphate as a free-flow agent.
