Recent Cargill Investments in Romania 2006 - Cargill celebrated 10 years in Romania and renames its three recently acquired businesses. Olpo became Cargill Oils; FNC Calarasi became Cargill Siloz; Comcereal SA Alexandria became Cargill Cereale. 2005 - Cargill acquired Untdelemn de la Bunica, a leading brand of edible oil, through its acquisition of the Olpo-Ulei SA business in Craiova and Podari. 2004 - Cargill acquired Comcereal SA Alexandria, the Romanian grain silo company 2003 - Cargill developed its Calarasi location by adding a facility to produce full fat soybean meal for its local compound feed users.2001 - Cargill became owners of FNC Braila. 2000 - Cargill became the main shareholders of silo FNC Calarasi.
