How we use our insights expertise to co-create winning solutions for our customers

A large dairy manufacturer asked for our help as they were designing the future roadmap of one of their top selling neutral dairy desserts. They were particularly keen to explore routes for line extensions that could strengthen the brand while dialing up the indulgence.

Our solution:

We organized a customer engagement session where we started with a consolidated view on the dairy desserts market: the market evolution, the consumer insights and market trends, followed by a deep dive into our proprietary “Indulgence trends” report with a focus on chocolate ideas that can be applied to dairy.

Getting hungry after all this inspiration, we then showcased tailor-made prototypes – concepts that were already pre-tested with category consumers on interest and appeal and approved. Turns out that the consumers and our customers both picked the same winning concept, which is under development as we speak.
