We offer a broad portfolio of nature-derived sweetness solutions, with sustainable sourcing availability to support customer corporate sustainability commitments.

Cargill can offer sustainably-sourced corn and wheat that is externally verified and benchmarked Silver against the SAI Platform Farm Sustainability Assessment, an industry-recognized certification system.

Our global scope and supply chain is balanced by a local market presence and a reliable network of multiple manufacturing locations, reflecting the precise needs of your business.

Nourishing

Fully digestible carbohydrates (including sugars) provide 4 kilocalories of energy per gram - the same as the calorie content of proteins. Sugars are needed to energize our body.

Glucose performs a unique and vital role as a preferred source of energy for the brain. ~ 130 grams of glucose per day is needed to fuel the brain. Glucose is “blood sugar” and can directly be injected in the blood as unique source of energy.

At the same time we offer mid-calorie options, at 2,4 kcal/g, and no-calorie options which do not hold a single calorie.

Inspiring

Our skilled specialists bring you deep formulation & application insights to meet consumers’ needs and grow your brand profitability. Our deep market understanding, and our proprietary consumer research such as IngredienTracker™ help you to formulate food and beverages that consumers desire.
