How do I keep the AccuBatch® system from freezing if stored outdoors?
Brine will freeze at various temperatures at given concentrations based on the salt eutectic curve. The AccuBatch®brine maker was designed so that all water, brine or fresh, can be drained from holding tanks, hoses and fittings easily and quickly to avoid any freezing problems.
How easy is it to install the AccuBatch® brine maker?
The AccuBatch® brine maker was designed for simple setup and install. Cargill will provide a site preparation checklist that includes details about prepping your site prior to installation. A detailed installation and operation manual with comprehensive visual aids will accompany the system upon delivery. Furthermore, a Cargill representative is only a phone call away.

How do I clean out insoluble material from the brine maker?
Both tanks are fitted with cleanout ports. The salt hopper has a 6” manually operated butterfly valve that can be discharged into a bucket loader. The brine tank has a 2” port that can discharge any residual waste material. In addition, both tanks have the ability to be flushed with fresh water using the AccuBatch® system pump. They are also each easily accessible to clean out using a customer supplied hose or pressure washer.
