I started in Cargill Starches and Sweeteners Europe where I worked in a number of areas within the commercial department, from sales support to marketing to market research. I recently moved to Cargill Cocoa and Chocolate and am currently overseeing and executing commercial projects, some of which span multiple geographies and involve a number of senior colleagues.

At the beginning of my programme, I managed customer contracts and was responsible for commercial reporting and analysis. I currently work on various commercial projects such as gauging the sizes of markets we operate in and contributing to reviewing local product strategies.

I am proud to work for a company whose word is indeed its bond. I have seen this especially applicable when faced with rapidly changing external or internal circumstances, my colleagues from different functions were working together to ensure that all commitments to our customers were honoured in full.
