It’s a unique ingredient with texturizing properties that helps to maintain stability and imparts a neutral taste in dairy applications. It’s made with whole seaweed with a low calorie content, that is rich in fiber, proteins, vitamins, and antioxidants.
CitriPure® label-friendly citrus fiber is a combination of insoluble and soluble dietary fibers, which provides nutritional properties, including fiber enrichment, and Nutri-Score improvement. It also delivers a great texture experience. It’s made with simply whole dried peel, produced with only water and energy so the natural components of the citrus peel can be kept intact.
