WavePure® is based on whole, non-transformed seaweed, which ensures that the natural components of the seaweed are kept intact. It’s a unique ingredient that helps to maintain stability and brings great body and mouthfeel in dairy and plant-based dairy alternative applications.
CitriPure® label-friendly citrus fiber is a combination of insoluble and soluble dietary fibers, which provides nutritional properties, including fiber enrichment, and Nutri-Score improvement. It also delivers a great texture experience. It’s made with simply whole dried peel, produced with only water and energy so the natural components of the citrus peel can be kept intact.
