Texturizers & specialty ingredients
Cargill offers a broad range of texturizers including carrageenan, pectin and xanthan gum. These additives are used as gelling and thickening agents in all areas of the food and beverage industry and in a growing number of cosmetic, pharmaceutical and technical applications.
We now also offer specialty ingredients, such as seaweed powder, produced without chemical modification, to further address consumers’ desire for label-friendly food and beverage products with familiar ingredients.
