However, like all of us, Fang is adapting to the ‘new normal’, and invites you into her home kitchen, to give you a taste of how our ingredients can help you solve today’s formulation challenges.
Global lockdown measures have sparked an increase in home delivery and home cooking. Being confined at home means the experience element of foods is now even more important. In addition, there are indications that consumers have become even more conscious of ingredient claims and labels, looking for familiar ingredients, healthier options -and above all, diversity in their dietary choices.
