From our research and development team dedicated specifically to beef to the hundreds of employees who support their efforts, we’re continuously working to develop better ways to drive improvements and, ultimately, customer success.

• Camera assessment system
  We were the first major beef supplier to implement use of an automated Camera Assessment System in all of our facilities to augment government grading methods. This system allows us to sort more accurately, improve consistency and differentiate products for our customers.
• Dimensional sorting system
  We developed a dimensional sorting system, which uses lasers to measure the shape and size of every cut, allowing us to meet the stringent dimensional requirements set by our customers.
• Primal packaging system
  This system, which we developed to enhance our packaging capabilities, allows us to meet complex, program-specific requests and improve product quality.
